By accessing or using Water Well, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Water Well is a personal hydration tracking application. It allows you to:

• Log daily fluid intake from various beverage types
• Set and track personalized hydration goals
• Receive reminder notifications
• View hydration progress through charts and an avatar

Water Well is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The hydration recommendations provided by the app are general estimates based on publicly available guidelines. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (e.g., weight, activity level) to receive meaningful recommendations

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Water Well, including but not limited to the app design, graphics, avatar characters, text, and code, is the property of Water Well and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. In-App Purchases & Premium Features

Some features within Water Well may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s Terms of Service. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.

Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Water Well and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
• Inaccuracies in hydration calculations or recommendations
• Health outcomes resulting from following app suggestions
• Loss of data due to device failure or app errors

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through an in-app message. Your continued use of Water Well following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
