Open the app and go to Profile → Daily Goal. Enter your weight and activity level – Water Well will calculate a personalized target for you. You can also override it with a custom value in millilitres or ounces.
Yes. Go to Settings → Units and switch between millilitres (ml) and fluid ounces (oz). All your logged data will convert automatically.
Tap the + button on the home screen and scroll to the end of the drink list. Select Add Custom, enter a name, choose an icon, and set the hydration multiplier for that drink.
First, make sure notifications are enabled for Water Well in iOS Settings → Notifications → Water Well. Then check that reminders are turned on inside the app under Settings → Reminders. Reminders are only sent between 8 AM and 10 PM and only when no drink has been logged for the set interval.
Yes. In Settings → Reminders you can set the interval (anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours) and choose which days of the week reminders are active.
All your hydration data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload personal health data to our servers. Your data stays with you.
Yes! Go to Settings → Apple Health and enable the sync toggle. Water Well will write your logged drinks to the Apple Health "Water" category. You can revoke this permission at any time from iOS Settings.
Go to Settings → Reset Data to delete all logs and settings. You can also delete the app from your device to remove all locally stored data entirely.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the issue persists, contact us below.
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. We are unable to process refunds directly.
