3. Data Storage

All your hydration data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your personal health data to our servers. If you enable Apple Health Sync, data is shared directly with Apple HealthKit under Apple’s privacy terms.

Water Well may use the following third-party services for analytics and crash reporting:

• Apple App Analytics – aggregated, anonymized usage data
• Apple HealthKit – only if you explicitly enable Health Sync

These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your health data with advertisers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Water Well is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app by contacting us. Since health data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notification. Continued use of Water Well after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
